What You Need to Know Before We Start for Smooth Service
Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Work
- The selected plan includes the exact number of static post and reel designs mentioned.
- Captions, hashtags, are only included in our Professional, and Enterprise plans.
2. Content Submission
- The client must provide correct details (logos, content, etc.) — mistakes from incorrect info are the client's responsibility.
- Delivery timeline begins post content submission, not from the date of payment.
- In case content is not shared within 10 days, the work may be considered paused or delivered based on available data.
3. Design Delivery
- Designs will be delivered on a weekly or calendar basis, not all at once.
- Standard delivery cycle is 4–10 business days, depending on the package and content availability.
- All designs are delivered in formats suitable for Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp (square or vertical format).
4. Revisions
- Revisions are text-based only; no changes to design structure, layout, or color theme after final approval.
- The number of revisions depends on your selected package. Additional revisions will be chargeable.
- Revision requests must be shared within 48 hours of receiving the designs; otherwise, the designs are considered final.
5. Urgent Requests
- Urgent requests are subject to team availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Additional charges apply for same-day or next-day delivery of creatives
- Urgent requests must be communicated clearly at the time of order placement; mid-process urgency may not be accommodated.
6. Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment is required to start work.
- We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit and Debit Cards, and Razorpay Payment Links.
- Payments cannot be refunded once work has started or designs have been shared.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If the client cancels before any work begins, a 50% refund will be issued (within 7 working days).
- No refunds will be issued after design work has started or drafts have been shared.
- If the client remains inactive for more than 15 days after package activation, the package may be marked as "consumed" without refund or compensation.
8. Usage Rights
- Once full payment is made, the client has full rights to use the designs on social media and other digital platforms.
- GFXRIDER reserves the right to showcase the designs in its portfolio or social media for marketing purposes.
- Unapproved drafts, concepts, or sample designs cannot be used or shared publicly.
9. Communication & Support
- All communication must be done via WhatsApp or email during working hours (Mon–Sat: 11 AM – 7 PM).
- Delays in response from the client side may affect delivery timelines.
- Project updates and revisions will only be discussed with the authorized person assigned by the client.
10. Package Validity
- Monthly plans are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
- Unused creatives or revisions cannot be carried forward to the next month.
- If you delay sharing content or approvals, your package will still expire on time and will not be extended.
